"I had just moved back to Ohio after living in the UP for a few years and needed to switch my State Farm to down here. I had looked at a couple of people, but to my surprise, I got a call from Carla. I took that as a sign, since they were one of the agents I had been looking at. I went in, was greeted right when I walked in. Carla was with someone else, so I did have to wait just a few minutes, but was no problem. Carla came out to take me back to the office and was so warm and so welcoming. We chatted and we started the process of getting me switched over. Carla was amazing through the whole process, and explained everything to me every step of the way. Made sure that I got the best plan possible and to what I could afford. She also introduced me to Vonnie herself as we were walking back out to the front. Vonnie was just as wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better State Farm agent. Thank you."

"I don't know if Carla is an agent or if she just works in sales but I know Vonnie McDonald's with State Farm should be very happy to have her. Because she worked with me for about a month. Made at least 3 phone calls to me. Never got aggravated it all when I had to. Have her call back. For one reason. Or the other but she did shepherd me threw save me money. And I feel very confident with My insurance coverage."
