"Carla, from our State Farm office called (a sheduled phone call ) just to do a check up to be sure all of our policy information and contact information was up to date. Surprisingly, lots of updates needed made and our premium went down. We increased some coverages, made a few changes that we no longer needed. Very informative call ! Carla was very friendly and had the answers to all of my questions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would !"
